Pamela Anderson has given the credit of her svelte figure to her children - Brandon and Dylan.

She revealed that she never diets or exercises, but keeps her sexy figure by playing games with her children.

She is quoted by Closer magazine as saying: “My kids keep me in shape. I play every sport with them. Football, basketball, baseball - I’m always outside and on the beach, and in the water.

“I’m vegetarian, but I don’t go to the gym and I don’t diet.” Pammie has two sons, Brandon, 10, and nine-year-old Dylan, with her rocker ex-husband Tommy Lee.

She recently confessed her boys are “wild” because of their parentage. She said: “My boys are wild but considering their gene pool, they’re not too bad! They’re definitely not angels but they’re great to be around!”

Pamela Anderson is a hopeless romantic.

The former ‘Baywatch’ actress - who has been married twice to rockers Tommy Lee and Kid Rock -believes in true love, but admits she sometimes jumps into relationships too quickly.

Pammie, who is currently dating American football star David Binn, said: “I’m basically a real romantic and want to be in love, but maybe I jump into things too quickly.”

The 39-year-old actress also thinks she has been too hasty in her career, and has often taken on roles or agreed to modelling work without preparing properly.

She explained: “When it comes to my career, I’ve always had a tendency to be in over my head and then have had to work my way into a safe place.”

Pammie recently revealed she was considering adopting a child with San Diego Chargers player David.

The blonde - who visited a Russian orphanage in April - said: “Would I be ready to adopt a child? I’m not saying it’s impossible. I have my two boys and it would just be so amazing to make one more kid happy in this life.

“David loves kids, he is very strong and at the same time very tender.”

Looks like Pamela Anderson cant let go her time in 1990s hit Tv show Baywatch - she still wears the show’s iconic swimsuit at home.

The Tv star admits she still puts on the famed red swimwear whenever she can.

She says, “I still put it on a lot, and run around in slow motion. Then I jump out of the shower and rescue whatever man is with me at the time.”
